Whether a flat can be repaired is often decided before we even arrive, by how far it was driven after losing pressure. Can my flat be repaired, or does it need replacing?
Punctures in the tread face under about 6 mm can usually be plugged or patched. Sidewall damage, shoulder punctures, and runs on a fully deflated tire usually mean replacement. We inspect on arrival and tell you which it is before any work starts.
What if I don't have a spare?
Many newer cars don't. We can repair the flat on-site when it's repairable, or bring a replacement tire in your size. Tell us your tire size (on the sidewall, e.g. 225/65R17) when you call.
I'm on a highway shoulder. Can you still help?
Yes. Pull as far right as safely possible, hazards on, and stay in the vehicle unless you can wait safely behind a barrier. We service shoulders across the GTA corridor and call when we're close.
