Is it safe to drive with grinding brakes until you arrive?
Grinding usually means the pad material is gone and metal is wearing the rotor, so every drive makes the repair bigger. If you're hearing grinding, the safest move is to park it and have us come to the car.
Do I need pads only, or pads and rotors?
It depends on rotor thickness and condition. We measure and show you: if your rotors are within spec and smooth, we say so, and you don't buy rotors you don't need.
How long does a mobile brake job take?
Typically 1-2 hours per axle at your location, depending on the vehicle. We confirm a realistic window when we quote.
