How much fuel do you bring?
Enough to get you comfortably to the nearest station, typically several litres. Tell us your vehicle and location when you call and we'll confirm.
Do you deliver diesel too?
Yes. Tell us gasoline or diesel when you call so we load the right fuel. If you're not sure, the fuel door or owner's manual says.
What if the car still won't start after refuelling?
Some vehicles need a few extra cranks after running dry, and we know the tricks. If it's genuinely not fuel (a failed pump, a dead battery), we can triage that on the spot, since we're already there.
